Our digestive enzyme supplement comprises: Proteases or Proteolytic Enzymes (Bromelain to helps break down protein, and Papain to aid protein digestion); Trypsin for protein digestion; Chymotrypsin for digesting proteins; Amylases (Alpha-Amylase to break down carbohydrates and starches into simpler sugars); Lipases that break down fats into fatty acids and glycerol; Lactase that breaks down lactose or the sugar found in milk; Cellulases that help break down cellulose; Phytase, which assists in breaking down phytic acid found in some grains and seeds, improving mineral absorption; Invertase that breaks down sucrose (table sugar) into glucose and fructose; Hemicellulase to breaks down hemicellulose; Alpha-Galactosidase that aids in the digestion of complex carbohydrates and reduces gas production; and Beta-Glucanase, which breaks down beta-glucans.

Recommended Usage:
